I don't think Pugs should be the referee. He should be the promoter. He makes Don King sound conservative. Pugs is the hypester extraordinaire. He'd sell RMIL frozen water ice cubes to an Eskimo. Then he'd lead the poor Eskimo to believe that the cubes would be delivered as soon as the buildings finished and when the cavalry gets their certificates.
