Looks like the USA is going to need the help of those Cuban Troops as Election monitors to oversee fair and open processes are kept in place.

Maybe Nicaragua and Mexican Troops too? Give their presidents a buzz and see if they can help out. The USA is a big place and some of the folks there just don't believe in Freedom & Democracy like the rest of the world does.
