I've seen enough to know that voting machine manipulation isn't a feint. But it is coordinated with the ballots. Especially on the late voting returns. They have to know how many ballots are needed to backfill all the machine cheating that happened along the way. The trick will be to prove it. They haven't been able to introduce the evidence into court, but the FBI has been able to quash the evidence presentation in public, due to "national security".
