One thing is that kids really have to be controlled in "screen time" or they will do nothing else. It is, after all, more entertaining than the real world; it is their nature.

Our grandkids finally just had to have access to their iPads extremely limited, and they've pretty much been weened off of them except when there is a really special reason for them to have them. I think it was the right thing to do.
