I think it means a lot. The 1 gig+ removable storage segment has 2 participants and one of them is fading fast. This bodes well for the growth of the jazz line.

Large back log on Jazz about to be shipped, large advertising presence, fading competition, no new competitors in sight. Barrier to entry just raised a notch in the 1+gig segment. Jazz will get much more respect in the coming months. We're well on our way to becoming a 2 trick pony with one more on the way.

A very nice product line is forming up with strong worldwide distribution and growing name brand recognition.

The deterioration of SYQT is a notice to all would be competitors that bigger, better, faster, and cheaper isn't all there is to it. Pay attention Sony.
