If conservatives had half a brain, they would lend their support behind Desantis rather than Trump. Trump is a polarizing figure who will lose again and has hurt Republicans chances of winning many more seats in Congress.

Honestly, I don't understand this obsession with Trump. It makes no sense to me. USA is at best centrist oriented. Many voted for Dems not because Dems are any great shakes, but because of all the election deniers. The Republican running for Governor in Wisconsin openly stated that he would not allow a Dem to win another election in the state if he was elected. Is this really the kind of candidate you want to support? All you are really doing is enabling liberal candidates that would otherwise be defeated by moderate conservatives.
