Ranked choice voting in Alaska. It is not really a run off. They have to drop the lowest vote getter then look at their second choice votes and allocate them to the third, second and first place winners. Then they they drop the third place winner and allocate their second and third place votes to the first and second place winners from previous round. Then that is what determines winner. Hope this helps.
