I believe you're right, I remember that now too. Thanks.

I remember when Apple's yearly R&D budget was far less than other big tech based on revenues on a percentage basis, back when they were "beleaguered" and before the return of Steve Jobs.

At least Apple now has that formula going the right way now as they still have the deepest cash pockets in big tech. Their R&D spending on the AppleCar alone must be a staggering number since it was conceived.

Well over the ~$2 billion cost of their spaceship campus most in the tech world cried about at the time. AAPL has flown into space again since it was completed, so money well spent, I think.

Eh, despite some employees crashing into the glass doors inside sometimes while roaming around their mothership.
