An aircraft carrier, battleship or submarine seem so last century. Good for blowing up Aotearoa-Zimbabwe but with fast, clever, cheap and small rocketry carrying bullseye accurate targeting, they look absurdly vulnerable.

The problem with Made in China/North Korea style megalomania and suppression of individuals is that it discourages individuals. Living in Belgium 35 years ago was strict and compliant. Voting is much nicer than murder. Unless the vote is among 2 wolves and a sheep on what they should have for dinner. Democracy needs a private property, free enterprise constitution. Voting to take opm leads to decline and failure - as happened as voting was increased to include bludgers.
