Thank you. I stopped by to see an old friend, a guy I used to work with. Terminal prostate cancer
most likely from flying Hueys in Vietnam, Agent Orange. He said he was just a 20 year old kid who liked
to fly, and one day, all this orange crap floated through the air above the jungle, and again, and again and
again. He paused and wondered how many Vietnamese on the ground suffered from it. He flew medevac missions.
He expects to be dead in three or four months. A retired Presbyterian minister, a kind soul.
My view:
War never ends.
It sends shock waves through the generations that follow.
