Here is the big wildcard in NV. The Dem will likely win if the 5% outstanding votes in Clarke County are in Las Vegas or even Henderson, but if any of these votes are from Mesquite or Laughlin, Cortez Masto is in trouble since Mesquite ( near the Utah border) and Laughlin ( right next to Bullhead City, AZ) are dead Red. Also, there are parts of Las Vegas that are Red, like Summerlin and in the Northern ( Mormon) parts of Las Vegas. I have no idea (and neither does CNN) where exactly these votes are located.

11% of votes outstanding in Washoo County, which is primarily Reno/Sparks, but there are also other towns in Washoo County that are dead Red. I got no idea where specifically these votes are coming from ( and neither does CNN).
