Maybe you can explain the medical reit business model. You say they get Medicare reimbursements. Does that mean the reit is operating the medical operation? Or....do you mean that their customers - the medical operators - get Medicare reimbursement? What do OHI and MPW (and LTC) do? Do they make mortgage loans to hospitals and long term care facilities? Do they own the facilities, and charge rent to the operators? What's their level of financial operations (reit stuff, for example, lending to properties, owning properties and charging rent) versus medical services operations? I'm just curious. OHI and MPW don't employee any nurses or doctors, do they?
