Rumored Merger/Acquistion Talks. I saw an article earlier this week concerning these rumors. It may only be rumor, but the article indicated that the two had discussions about a deal about a year ago, but it fell through for some reason. There seems to be speculation that the talks have resumed. Both companies refused to comment. If anything, probably a merger rather than an outright buy. Boston Scientific is no mom and pop store. I'll try to find a link to the article and post.
