Do you perhaps need help in revising the rules so that they could be more enforceable in a consistent way? Before we get into a re-write of the rules, let's take an example situation. Please refer to this post of yours on the Fonar thread and the one it's in response to: Message 3407693 How are you suggesting that we easily identify, appropriately reprimand, and consistently deal with "perjorative" remarks? Also, assume that I'm new to the "Fonar" thread and have absolutely no idea what's going on.
