Jasman - don't relax yet.

While I agree that the tide is against Wexler et al, I don't think that we're necessarily through with their manipulation games. Wexler's guru, Asensio has been very quiet for some time. I don't know what that jerk will choose to lie about next but I remind you of the subject of a lawsuit that was conveniently surfaced on this thread by and through email from Barbara J. Payne. This whole episode with Zonagen is coming into focus as one that fits the description in the following article:

This situation is kind of like what we see from our beloved president. EVERYONE knows he's lying but he lives on the razor's edge of legality & basically dares the entire world to try and stop him.

I think that Wexler et al (Payne, Daisy & Bidder) have been a tactical part of Asensio's attack - their job has been to flood the internet threads with posts filled with dishonest messages. Remember Zonagen Lie #1, #2, #3..... - repeated endlessly - can anyone imagine posting the same thing over & over like that without it being an assignment?. Links are provided to "PROVE" their points but they jump back to their puppetmaster - or other seemingly relevant but actually unconnected information - how often have we been referred to a "negative" source of information that discusses IV phentolamine rather than oral? This is very similar to what has gone on threads of other companies targeted by Asensio - these same people are on all the threads. Maybe those other companies WERE frauds - doesn't matter - strategies & tactics were exactly the same - goal is the same - manipulate the stock price for personal gain.

After a month or two period of "carpet-bombing", intended to soften the resolve of all but the most well-informed we suddenly and "innocently" are informed about a potential lawsuit.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I believe we are dealing with real slimy types here and, make no mistake, they are playing for real money. They don't care about anything but MONEY - and will do anything, say anything to get it. Thus far, there don't seem to be many weapons to stop them with.

I hope I'm wrong, and I certainly don't think Zonagen actually has anything at all to worry about - as a company - but the stock may still be in for some shocks. I wouldn't at all be surprised to suddenly hear more about lawsuits.

All this is MY OPINION only - but I'm old enough to know that I'm a fairly good judge of people & situations - and this one smells like the people involved.

BTW - you're right, Texans do stick together - I'm not a native - but it's an admirable truth. TXB will move up significantly by June and it may well effect Zona - but I expect lots of good news from Zona as well.
