Don't get me wrong, Larry. I viewed and continue to view USF as a core holding. I've been through several acquisitions in the last couple of years (Cordis--JNJ, USRX--COMS, USLD--LCI, ROTC--IHS), and in retrospect the sudden uncertainty and arbitrage activity presented opportunities to lower cost basis and preserve capital. I think there is a very good possibility that I'll get an opportunity to re-enter a long position at $29.50 within the next 30-60 days. It's at the top of my buy list.

Similarly, CA is one of my core holdings. I almost flipped it at the open, but decided to ride it out, as I have a much longer hold and much lower relative cost basis. CA is definitely a stock to accumulate on dips.

Regards,

David
