I don't know how I got into tracking my position in this stock online, but since I stated that I sold everything a while back, which left me not holding FIBR for the first time since '95, I have decided to restake some of my position prior to earnings. Things happen in this stock very suddenly and out of the blue, for example the ABCN announcment. I didn't want to have a 0 position so I Picked up 1000 at 4 29/32 a couple of days ago. I am still leery of the share count with the new reporting rules. Simply because all the aquisition activity involved a lot of stock financing. Post earnings I will buy more based solely on a reasonable amount of outstanding shares. I don't see any indication this will be an earnings blowout quarter. Real earnings are in the not too distant future, but how much of the pie is each share, thats what I want to know before I buy back to previous levels.

Anyone else share my concern? Anyone worked through the aquisitions to determine a share count?
