It was a get-out-the-vote push on both sides of MAGA for the same purpose - to get out the DEM vote. Lindsay Graham was intentionally provoking anger to get pro-choice people out to vote. He wants to destroy America First populism in favor of the UniParty GOPe. MAGA candidates and voters agree with you, not Graham, and certainly not Biden.

Both Biden and Graham were dangling those federal abortion law proposals as bait like the dollar bill in the GEICO commercial. Once the vote was done, the bait was taken away. It had served its purpose.
