An excellent interview with Scott Ritter. Among other things, what does Canada get out of NATO membership? What will be the outcome of the Ukraine war (Europe needs to worry about an off ramp. He thinks, essentially, that the real deal will have to be made with Europe and the US). Great discussion about the history of nuclear weapons and treaties - and why they’re unnecessary, except for MAD.

This often maligned guy makes more sense about many central issues than anyone. Thinks on his feet.
