You don't know what you are talking about. Downtown LA where the shelter is located was one of the lowest crime areas in LA. Hollywood had the highest crime rate. I lived downtown 11 years, worked and went to college in multiple neighborhoods.

I never worried about the homeless. They're basically helpless.

Riding a bike ANYWHERE in Brentwood or Bel Aire is foolish, you'd end up in a wheel chair or dead.
