No. Cheating involves breaking the rules.

Just because you don't like the rules doesn't mean it's "cheating."
It it is true that this makes it easier for Black voters to vote, no cogent argument can be made against requiring equal accommodations in the 'burbs.
It's all about voter participation. Are suburban voters "unfairly" locked out of the vote because of long lines, inadequate access to polling stations or drop boxes, inflexible job schedules, etc.?

Like I said, the more voter participation, the better.

Also, you seem to think that unless we scatter 3,000 drop boxes across the "burbs," we are not allowed to scatter 3,000 drop boxes in "da hood."

Otherwise, that's cHeAtInG.

No matter what, you are redefining words to suit your own political agenda.

You know who used to do that? Bill Clinton.
