It means from to. It's a range. The B point Identifies what the D point should be. Plus or minus 3% of the fib number.

B points.

ALT bat .382
BAT .50
Gartley .618
Butterfly .786
Deep crab .886

So a .707 is a problem, it's no mans land. But I have found that a crab can be any B point. The software won't pick it up but its there.
