Trump, btw, last night was at his best. He spoke seriously, thoughtfully - directly to his listeners. Fox commenters thought if he stays with this tone, he’d be unstoppable. I agree.

That said, imho, I’d still prefer to see him become the Speaker - or have some other position as a super power broker or an influencer. A guide and a teacher.

Having yet another nonagenarian as President may be getting a bit… old.

But - considering the opposition - he’s got my enthusiastic vote.
