Interesting. Wouldn’t call it 4D, but it really is reminiscent of a game of chess. Russia bombs Ukraine's infrastructure to apply more pressure on Germany. 78% of Germans no longer interested in blaming Russia or anyone - and just want the war to stop. Olaf Scholz, seemingly, did not get the memo yet.
