Ron--I have noted your and Bill's exchange on TPRO. He has made one point that I don't feel you are factoring in as much as you should. Delayed earnings almost always mean bad news, if a stock I am holding long delays earnings I can always hear a bear growling at the door. If the company has indicated flat earnings previously and now delays the earnings report likely you will see a significant loss. Just IMHO and two cents worth. All the Best Druss
