Deceleration in interest rate increases is already factored into futures markets with 50 basis points being highly probably for Dec 14. That would also place the FFR at 4.25-4.50 percent which is that upper end of the historical range for nominal GDP of 3.5 to 4.5 percent, often used as the neutral rate.
