The suggestion here is a road or path to continued life with an immediate loss of value but a chance to grow. The current status of this company is dead and cannot reincarnate without ( approval from regulatory bodies ) as I understand it and the only legal way to continue seems to be as described in the news release. Note the claim by Kalvik mining for nearly $300,000.00. Will this new company be responsible for that debt or are these measures proposed a means of corporate bankruptcy leaving the debt in the personal hands of former management? We must try to understand the choices here!
