Unfortunately she plays the villain so it might be that such thoughts are supposed to be evil somehow. From the responses to that tweet - "She is cast as the villain in this." "Of course she is. That doesn't mean she's wrong." "Sadly, Blanchett plays a sexually harassing Harvey Weinstein-type lesbian conductor.
