I know who Paul Slowey is, but who the heck is VectorVest? I do not believe that SALV will be profitable soon without having announced something more significant than we've already heard. I don't think we will hear for quite awhile. It's my understanding that SALV's fiscal and calendar year coincide. I think they can get away with not filing a 10Q for 4th Qtr. 98 (I think it should have been done by last Sunday) until filing of the 10K. That doesn't have to happen until April with extensions. We can be told stories that fit the days' party line until it has to be down in writing for the SEC. I'm not a right wing conspiracy guy, but I do think you're right about buying the company. I'm not convinced that that is what's going on, tho'. I go back to the same old song about Preferred Shares. A buyout would take approval of the majority of shareholders and would have to be at a premium to the trading value of the stock before shareholders would agree. If you run the numbers, let's say $.50 pre reverse. With over 30 million shares outstanding, that means somebody would have to pay better than $15 million for this turkey. Who would do that? Especially when you can buy a few Preferred and get the only value the company has (the technology) in the bankruptcy. There is certainly no value in the current management except what they are putting in their pockets.
