Hello Tom, Do you understand the rules of the SEC concerning a buyback? DCTC is not allowed to hit the ask and they have been buying all they can at the bid. DCTC is not waiting but can't create volume, the volume has to come to them. I hope this makes sense and that you see that DCTC is doing exactly what they said and what is allowed..... Lou
