God plan. I'm waiting for a soft spot in this market before I do any more selling of puts.

I have sold some January's March and Junes about 2 months ago.

Letting time decay do its thing.

I have mostly sold KMI,which if assigned will yield 7% to 8%.

I also for the first sold T puts for January and March @ 16.00's strike price. If assigned will yield over 8% - doubt I get them.

I bought a sizeable first purchase with an average @ $15.28. Should have jumped on it harder but got lucky with a nice jump up in price.Locked in 7.25% yield on 8400 shares. Thought I was overdoing it, and now wished I would have gone crazy. LOL

Shoulda , woulda coulda.

I had a large position in T for several years. Loved the $2.00 to $2.08 dividend. I sold them in the premarket the morning they announced the spinoff of the media group and buried in the fine print a cut in the dividend.

I still have yet to build my income to that previous level. I sold T puts for years to build that position.

It takes time to build a dividend income stream, unless we get a big washout. Don't really want that!

Hoping this dip in the price of energy stocks goes deeper and I'll add to some of the medium sized companies.Apache, ,Antero, Range resources. They are extended, but this winter may give them another boost higher.

I time using climax studies. I think we will roll over and have a restart beginning next week.

Hopefully that will give a value opportunity.
