Prospectus On Próspera A look at Próspera, the charter city taking shape in Honduras astralcodexten.substack.com At one point the writer quotes someone who defends Prospera against the argument that it would be a tax haven because while Honduras has a 25 percent tax rate and Prospera has 10 percent (with a bit of that going to Honduras), tax avoidance and evasion is rampant in Honduras while Prospera plans to actually collect most of the taxes due. But to me being a tax haven isn't a charge to defend against in the first place. Low taxes are good.
