I've seen 'em all so far. Thanks. Randall's still going over the geologic and climatic effects of the "impactor" scenario. Among the different types of impactors he's left it mostly open. There may have been more than one type with "chunks" of the Sun thrown off by the micronova being that which fits ALL the effects best. His long-time allegiance to The Comet Impact Group is still a hurdle for him but he's brought up solar generated impactors and multiple asteroid impacts. He's slowly coming around. "In 2001, Howard was contacted by William Topping, Ph.D. and Richard Firestone, Ph.D., which led to work with a team of multidisciplinary researchers that began to refine the nature and evidence for a hypothetical impact event associated with the Younger Dryas. A series of controversial peer-reviewed papers and presentations produced since that time document the joint efforts of what has come to be known as the Comet Research Group."
