Bill,

<< He has already gotten their lagging legal problems behind
them. It seems that he is methodically improving this company.>>

Your right about the importance of the CEO getting rid of
previous legal problems. Any comments about the balance sheet
though?

<<I feel pretty confident that this man will do everything he
can to ensure that this company is successful. As far as a
reverse split is concerned.....I'm sure he will carefully weigh
all his options & do the right thing.>>

You mentioned past management in your response...Was it they who
did all those reverse splits? I definitely think there is no
justification for a reverse split at this point as they are a
long way from meeting the other criteria for being listed on
NASDAQ...Also, there are a lot of companies out there that have
alot less going for them with 5+ fold the amount of outstanding
shares!

<< He is a master of the turnaround. They don't call him
"The Corporate Fix-It Man" for nothing!!>>

Hey, thanks! I hadn't read this article on the CEO, and your
right... it kind of makes him out to be the CEO of CEO's for
his ability to turn around a situation...Any idea if he has
a business plan for Exten, or is he mainly just concentrating
on the Xenogenics opportunity???

Thanks again,
Shawn
