Probably more likely to be HEC stock rather than cash. Mikel is going to need millions just to build the infrastructure for the oil he's already found over there, so they will likely want to preserve every $ they have for this.

My sense is that Mikel will be highly pressured to buy PKC because he sorely needs production, and the Palo Blanco will be the first field he puts into production. Plus he needs more association contracts, and there is no good land left to grab over there, so no he's gotta buy it.
