Infineon's power division gave a presentation with quite a bit of info about their SiC plans as well their boule supply. They see SiC boules becoming a commodity.

If new competitors can easily ramp high quality SiC boules, then that would take away one of Wolfspeed's major competitive advantages. Something to watch.

FWIW, I am pretty sure that the forecast for II-VI supplying 1 million 6" SiC wafers by '24 is wrong. Their forecast was for '27.
