The thought crossed my mind on occasion… but, Reps generally make more sense - they push far fewer notions that are crazy and ruinous. About “loving” the candidate…. I think it’s better to see it as hiring management - while having limited choices. Some of them you may end up liking, others not… but at least, it’s better to stay clear from obvious fools and nutcases.
