Yes, but if people who look like you are all suspects, you may be facing the hard task of proving a negative. All the time. Not easy.

The reality is - yes, we trained plenty of Chinese nationals for decades. Many of them returned to China - and contributed to their economy, technology and science. Some of them were spies. That’s how the world works. There are also millions of Chinese people working and studying (and teaching) in Europe.

I would be surprised (and upset) if we weren’t trying to keep up with some of the new technologies and advances in China.
