Dave, I do not know when phase two will start but checking their web site it says in mid 1998. By the way Nortran has totally redone their web site and it looks pretty good. Check it out at nortran.com I also have checked the market depth of the stock and it seems to be cleaning up very nicely. Their is not a lot of stock offered, and it looks like it could go to 1.25 pretty quickly.
