Delay? What delay? The rules say that Q earnings must be reported by the 15th, unless the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case report must be issued on the next trading day - in this case, Tuesday the 17th. {Monday is a holiday, remember?]
The reason it is not early is because management is on the road doing presentations and making deals.

The earnings report is a non-event anyway. Will probably show a loss for the Q.
It's the information in the conference call which will bring the buyers.

You'll do well to get that short covered before 10:15 on Tuesday.
