I was staying at the Granville Island Hotel in Vancouver, B.C. when Trump was still President.

An older couple from Oregon at breakfast at 7:25 a.m. waiting for the restaurant to open was apologising to me as a Canadian for Trump being President.

I listened to them and said not to worry, I like Trump...they were rendered speechless.
