When you consider it is a public building:

1) they have every right to be there
2) they were ushered in on one side by the Capital Police
3) they were being coerced in on another side by FBI agents

Most of them were law abiding citizens with no prior records.

It is easy to see the entire matter is orchestrated to gain political brownie points.

The system needs to be put on trial far more than they do.
