Just ask yourself a couple of questions?

1. When you bought in in 95 and 96 what was the outlook for the
number of computers in service and sales projections?

2. What demand has been generated by the development of the internet
since you bought in and does the internet mean more demand for
UPS units in the servers as well as the computers?
3. Deregulation of power is here, will this affect the supply of
power thus making the UPS a virtual necessity?
4. What does the European market look like, it is a known fact that
the other countries of the world have their power problems even
moreso than the US.?
5. Last but not least, has the stature of the company increased since
you bought in, has their market penetration been on target, are
they expanding production to meet demand? Do they have the
necessary resources to grow. Are they burdened with debt? Do they already have so many shares that there is no room for earnings growth? Is
their cash flow increasing? Would you buy the whole company at
this price? Just a few things to think about....Gil
