Does anyone know if VocalTec gets royalties for providing these services through their software. It seems like if it wasn't for VocalTec, these people would not be getting any business?

I had a guy from Europe call me through Delta Three and I was not happy with the call. Every time I talked I heard my own voice come back at me. It was very difficult to talk. Also you could not have a 2 way conversation since 2 people talking at once cancelled each other out.
