Why are they in charge. The election 11/3/2020 was miscounted, and has not run its course.

There will be a new balance 1/3/2023. Let BNSF and Berkshire Hathaway handle it, and see how it looks 1/4/2023 or after the controlling parties discuss it among themselves, with a direct solution.
