re TSN -0 thanks for the feedback. TSN is in meat processing (beef, Pork, Chicken) so they have some diversification. It's a tough business as evident by the low gross margins (12.5%) but they are the biggest company in the business and i don't think we will see many new entrants here with scale.

So this makes it safe from disruption. I read the story about the Tyson heir (CFO) but this is not a business where the CFO makes all that much of a difference (at least in terms of him waking up at couch where he does not belong), so I am not too worried about that aspect.
