I’m not aware of any eternal and huge damage to the US due to our elites siding with any foreign enemies.

Our problems are simple - the government has become too big, there is quite a bit of corruption, we’re overregulated and we’re home to very destructive antisocial and neomarxist movements, corrupting our public and our young.

Any disruptive foreign influences are minor compared to our domestic grown ones.
