I use biofeedback to clear my sinuses when I go to bed. Austin is intensely allergy prone for people and it affects me too. During the day I often just breath through my mouth. I use some techniques in which I had to learn to sense my congestion, not just in the overall I can't breath way, but in subtle ways. Once I could get an idea of what was clogged where and how, I could change my breathing and facial muscular relaxing and get my sinuses to drain so that I could breath again and sleep again even though I think I am every bit as allergic as the next person to all the pollen and stuff in the area. It takes maybe 5 minutes now and I'm good to go.
