I have had allergies since 8 years old. The only time I have been allergy free was the two times I lived within 100 yards of the beach in SoCal. Now in North Florida, pollen bad as anywhere.

Try Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray (Flonase). It is the best thing for allergies ever invented!! I normally only use it one spray once a day per nostril, since overuse could give nose bleeds (never ever use Nasonex-screwed up my nose after only one month once). Costco sells a 5 bottle pack of the generic OTC for about $40.
