OPEC meeting and EU decision on Russian oil price cap, both within the next week.
Futures Open interest has declined substantially over the past month - hedge fund unwinding (mostly long positions).

All adds up to a crap shoot.
Technicals on the daily chart suggest oil bottoming.

I own oil and gas producers which are generating significant cash flows.
